The founder of ALL SEASONS PEST SOLUTIONS, Harry Ramos, was working as a plant manager for a major food manufacturer in New York City where he lived.
Dissatisfied with the toxic solutions offered by the plant’s pest control vendor, Harry devoted himself to the study of insect and pest control. After obtaining his state certification as a licensed pest control operator in 1984, he worked with several large pest control companies throughout the tri-state area. While working at Abalon Exterminating, as one the highest paid technician among 37 service professionals, it is where Harry formed an alliance with Dr. Austin Frishman, a world-renowned entomologist. "Doc" as he is known in the industry, Dr. Frishman is the author of nine published books on insect and pest management who, to this day, remains an adviser to Harry and All Seasons Pest Solutions.

Four reasons why we succeed where others fail.

1. The expert’s expert
Harry Ramos, founder of All Seasons Pest Solutions, first became involved in pest control in 1984 when he worked as plant manager for a food manufacturer in New York City and was not satisfied with the job done by a pest control vendor.

He put himself to school, connecting up with Dr. Austin Frishman, a world-renowned entomologist who has published nine books on various insect and pest management topics and remains Harry’s mentor to this day.

MISTAKE #1:  Choosing a company based on a low price alone.

Low price could be a problem in three ways:

(1) Low price can be the bait that attracts your initial phone call. But when they arrive at your home, you find out the service is a "leader" meaning it’s not something most people would want. Then, you’re pressured into paying much more.(2) The price you were quoted might not be for a "complete" service but instead, a "stripped down model"
